Secco Rose, Secco Weiss, Chardonnay, Späte-Lese, Blaufränkisch und St. Laurent
The estate is located in the municipality of Gols in the Neusiedlersee wine-growing region in Burgenland (Austria). Its origins go back to 1970, when Matthias Temer junior and Anneliese Temer began bottling and marketing wine. Today the company is run by his son Ing. Christian Temer, supported by his brother Alexander. The vineyards cover more than four hectares of vineyards in the Grossfeld, Heideboden, Hengstgruber and Strassacker areas of the communities of Gols, Podersdorf and Weiden on the east bank.
The cultivation is carried out according to the guidelines of the KIP (Controlled Integrated Production), for example with partial greening, gentle plant protection and consistent foliage management. Quality criteria are short pruning, thinning and selective manual harvesting. The white wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels and then mature. The red wines are traditionally fermented on the mash in large barrels. After the BSA in steel tanks, a large part matures in large wooden barrels or in barrels.
